摘要
本文论述了在田径运动会的管理和裁判工作中应抓住“人的管理”这个中心,遵循实践性、适用性、互补性和信任性原则组建裁判队伍。介绍了在径赛中实施“时控程序法”;在田赛中实施“快节奏工作法”的经验。
This paper states that in track and field competition, the management and work of referee should centre on the matter of 'personnel Management', by electing the appropriate Chief Judges, organizing the contingent of referees according to the principles of practicality, usefulness, mutual assistance and trust. It also introduces the experiences of using the 'Time-controlled procedures' in the competition of track events and implementing the 'Quick Tempo Method of Work' , in the competition of field events.
