摘要
根据发令裁判员的职责和任务,通过调查咨询及资料统计方法,分析了优秀发令裁判员应具备的条件。
The required conditions of an excellent starter are analysed, and the overall technique requirements as well as the method of culturing an excellent starter are discussed, by investigation, couneelling and statistical method, based on the starter's duties and tasks.
