本文分析了田径裁判员队伍的现状,论述了加强对田径裁判队伍的建设与管理的重要性,提出应充分发挥田径协会裁判委员会(或中心组)对队伍建设与管理决策的智囊与咨询作用;认真抓好传、帮、带,加强工作配套的梯队建设以及完善裁判员队伍的综合管理等建议。

This paper analyses the present condition of track and field sports referee staff and discusses the importance of tightening up the construction and management of track and field referee staff. It also offers some suggestions on how to make the best use of the referee committee (or the central organization) of track and field sports society as the brain truster and advisory body of decision in the construction and management of track and field sports referee staff, suggestions on taking a firm hold of teaching, helping and leading green-hands in completing the set of the orderly system of succession, and suggestions on improving the comprehensive management of the referee staff.
