高校田径裁判队伍的建设

Attach Great Importance to the Construction of High-level Referee Group for Track and Field in General Institutions of Higher Learning

普通高等学校试办高水平运动队,需要有与此相适应的高水平裁判队伍。这不仅有利于推动普通高校体育活动的开展,而且还将为国家培养出一批高水平的裁判。本文针对目前普通高校裁判队伍人数少、质量低、年龄老化、培养没计划状况,论述了普通高校高水平田径裁判队伍建设的迫切性、可行性、并提出了两点建议。

It is neccssary to have a high-level referee group compatible with high-level sports teams run as an experiment in general institutions of higher learning, Buillding a high-level referee group for track and field will not only help promote sports activities, but also train a group of high-level referees for the nation. In the light of the present condition of the inadequate number of referees, their poor quality, being aged and trained without plans, this paper deals with the urgency and the feasibility of constructing high-level referee group in general institutions of higher learning.
