摘要
本文论述了目前确定大修周期存在的问题,提出了系统框图。评估依据29个初始因素。通过对16条线54个区段有关资料的聚类确定广义荷载的隶属度并模拟专家思路及利用IF-THEN规则进行不精确推理。本系统对现场提出的是否需大修区段进行了评估,结论与现场看法一致,还可逐年打出轨道破坏“严重性”演变过程,对工务现代化管理,合理、科学地安排线路大修有重要参考作用。
The expert system for capital repair of railway tracks is a decision-makingsystem which can assess the present state of a railway track(mainly its rails)and decide whether a capital repair is needed. In this paper, several prablemsexisting in the current methods of determining the capital repair periods arepointed out and a reasonable factor relationship graph,which contains 29 initialfactors, is presented for tne topic under discussion. As a method of inaccuratereasoning, fazzy classification is initiatively introduced to the system for theevaluation of general loads of the track. This system has been successfullyused for the assessment of several section of railway within Cang Zhou andFengtai Engineering districts, and the conclusions are found to exactlycorres ponding to those held by the field engineers. The system can also usedto predict the damage procedures of tracks and thus has a great significancein the modernization of engineering administration,es pecially in the rationaland scientific arrangement of capital repairs.
