轴类零件工作图的智能设计

摘要 本文提出了二维功能体素的概念;在功能体素构型的基础上,运用人工智能技术设计完成了轴类零件结构和尺寸标注的自动设计系统的设计;文中阐述了这一系统的结构与功能,并重点讨论了应用该系统进行尺寸全自动标注的问题. Based on the concept of 2-D functional solid modelling and the intelligent CAD technique, a Shaft Intelligent Design System (SIDS) has been developed to aid the automatic design of shaft structxirc and dimensioning. The structure pattern and features of SIDS, which consist of modelling analysis and dimensioning subsystems are described. The system has been strictly examined and the test results are found to be satisfactory.Emphasis lias been placsd o.n such important aspects of automatic dimensioning as knowledge features and knowledge expression of dimensioning, data selection, generation and layout of the size set and closure check. According to the knowledge features of dimensioning, a special inferencer has been designed.
