多级递阶决策支持系统

A Multi-Level Hierarchical Decision Support System (MLHDSS)

实践中,由于大型组织机构通常呈多级递阶结构,处于不同层次的决策人的作用往往是不可相互替代的,因此,即使采用大型的单机DSS来处理多级递阶结构,在许多情况下也是行不通的.为此,必须寻求新的途径,途径之一就是开发多级递阶决策支持系统MLHDSS(Multi-Level Hierarchical Docision Support System),运用大系统分解协调的理论和方法,建立多级的、递阶关联的、协调动作的多机系统.这种多机系统并不是多个重复的单机系统的简单叠加,而是一类新型的计算机辅助决策工具.本文将就MLHDSS的概念、特征、结构和实施等问题进行探讨.

The concept of MLHDSS is proposed in the light of the hierarchical decision-making mechamsm in real social sectors. The characteristics and structure of MLHDSS as well as its realization are discussed. A number of separate DSS's are logically connected to form an information network to enable MLHDSS to provide a suitable decision-making environmsnt and powerful tools for decision-makers at various levels in a larga organization. A practical MLHDSS has been developed. A brief description of IIE, which is the core component of such a system, is given.
