Computer Aided Design for Progressive Dies

本文叙述了连续冲裁模计算机辅助设计的内容与方法.提出了连续模条料排样的设计准则以及应用人工智能知识与图论自动进行条料排样的原理与模型.

Progressive die design and manufacture are both time-consuming owing to its complicated structure. It has been found that by using the CAD/CAM approach the time required can be shortened, the working accuracy improved and the cost cut down. The strip layout is the key problem in progressive die design.This paper describes the method of computer aided design for blanking progressive dies and the design rules for strip layout. A mathematical model and a method for automatic strip layout are proposed based on the set theory and graph theory.
