注塑模流动模拟的数学模型

摘要 本文根据注塑件大多为薄壁零件的实际,采用了合理而必要的假设,结合相应的边界条件,分别阐述了熔体在浇注系统和型腔内流动的数学模型和熔体的粘度模型,利用这些模型可以在计算机上模拟包括流道在内的任意形状的三维薄壁件的注塑流动过程. Relevant assumptions and boundary conditions are given based on the fact that most of the parts of an injection-mold are of the thin wall type.The mathematical models for flow simulation during injection-molding in both cavities and runners are presented and a polymeric viscosity model is introduced in order to simulate the polymer melt flow in 3-D thin cavities of arbitrary shapes and to predict the temperature and pressure fields.
