摘要
本文建立了用边界元法求解注塑过程冷却阶段注塑模温度场的数学模型;编写了计算程序;分析了成形工艺参数和模具冷却条件对注塑模温度分布的影响;实例计算和实验研究表明,同有限元法比较,边界元法不仅降低了问题的维数,而且计算精度高.
A mathematical model for solving the temperature field of an injection molding die during cooling of injection molding process by means of the boundary element method is proposed with the heat transfer by coevection between melted plastics and die taken into consideration. The formulae for calculating the coefficients of heat transfer by convection have been derived. With the computer programs written, the temperature fields in the die under steady and unsteady conditions have been calculated. The correctness of the mathematical model and numerical results are confirmed by experimental results.
