相似理论在塑性成形的实验模拟和计算机模拟中的应用

摘要 本文根据相似理论,提出了塑性成形实验模拟和计算机模拟的相似准则,讨论了应变不相等的近似模拟的条件,分析了分别用小变形理论和有限变形理论进行塑性成形计算机模拟时相似准则的差别. Based on the theory of similarity, the similarity criteria for experimental and computer simulation of plastic forming are derived with both the linear and exponential work-hardening behavior of materials taken into account. The conditions for approximate simulation with different strains between the original and the model are discussed. The difference between the singularity criteria for computer simulation by small strain theory and that by finite strain theory is analyzed. The experimental and numerical results of a U-shaped piece are given as an example.
