CO_2钠水玻璃砂吹气控制器及工艺的研究

摘要 本文报道了作者研制的一种CO_2吹气控制器,该控制器可用三种不同的方式吹气,具有控制压力和流量的功能.利用这种控制器对脉冲吹气工艺进行了研究,确定了CO_2钠水玻璃砂的最佳吹气工艺. The microstructure of a bonding film was observed and the fracture and mechanical properties of the bonding film of CO2-sodium-silicate sand with different moduli were analyzed by SEM. The model of the bonding film structure was described quantitatively by measuring the amount of CO2 absorbed. The results show that the properties of core is best when the thickness of the silicagel layer (product of chemical reaction) is 30~36% the total bonding film thickness, the modulus is 2.8 and the silicate addition is 4.0%.
