猪巨吻棘头虫动物模型研究

ANIMAL MODEL STUDY OF MACRACANTHORHYNCHUS HIRUDIN/CEUS

用新鲜猪巨吻棘头虫幼虫-棘头体人工接种实验动物,经一定时间饲养剖检(包括发病致死)。结果:兔、豚鼠、豆鼠、金色仓鼠等阳性率分别为83.3%、100%、40%、80%。其中兔和豚鼠为棘头虫病良好的实验动物。大白鼠多次接种均为阴性。

The first pilot study of animal models of Macracanthorhynchus hirudinaceus in China is presented in this raper. Fed in different amount of acanthella to animals for a certain poried of time, the animals were autopsied, with the victims of the disease included. Infection occurred when Macracanthorhynchus hirudinaccus were found in the animals. The results showed: the positive rates of rabbits, guinea pigs, bean mice, goldden hamsters were 83.3%, 100%, 40% and 80% respectively. Rabbits and guinea pigs were satisfactory for being experimental animals. The infections of 10 white rats were all negative. The causes of Macracanthorhynchus hirudinaceus disease were analysed.
