摘要
目的探讨高压氧对地震伤致气性坏疽患者的治疗方案和实施效果。方法建立紧急隔离通道,采用特殊消毒措施,16例气性坏疽伤员实施高压氧专舱治疗,3d7次疗法,压力0.25MPa并配合心理治疗。结果16例伤员治疗后梭状芽胞杆菌全部转阴,未发生交叉感染和扩散,伤口痊愈,治愈率达到100%。结论合理、有效、及时的高压氧抢救性治疗方案的设计和实施能最大限度地缩小组织坏死范围,保存肢体并降低截肢率,已行截肢者可避免再次截肢,降低致残率,提高生存率。
Objective To observe the treatment profile and effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on gas gangrene induced by trauma following earthquake. Methods With emergency isolation passages and especial sterilizing measures, 16 cases of gas gangrene were treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) at a pressure of 0. 25 MPa, for 7 sessions in 3 days, and a total of 20 sessions. Beside, the patients were also given psychological consultation. Results Following treatment, 16 patients all recovered, without detection of Fusiformis and cross infection. Wounds healed completely with a cure rate of 100%. Conclusions HBO therapy with a reasonable, appropriate and effective treatment profile could maximally reduce the size of tissue necrosis, save limbs and decrease the rate of amputation, and as a result, rate of survival could be increased and disabling rate could be reduced substantially.
