摘要
用芭蕉茎提取的生物碱类进行动物降血压试验,发现能降低麻醉犬的血压,P<0.01;静脉注射比灌胃效果明显,P<0.01;灌胃组的作用持续时间比静脉注射给药长,P<0.01。
Alkaloid crystalline extract from Musa bajoo stem was applied to performing animal experiment on lowering blood pressure in dogs. The result showed that the alkaloid component may reduce blood pressure of anesthetizd dog (P<0.01).The effectiveness of iutravenous iujection was more prominent than gastrogavage (P<0.01). However, the duration of action in gavage group lasted longer than intravenous injection (P<0.01).This experiment firstly revealed that total alkaloid crystalline extctract from Musa bajoo may acutely reduce blood presure in dogs.
