急性脑血管病97例临床治疗观察

Clinical observation on 97 patients with cerebrovascular disease

对97例急性脑血管病进行临床治疗观察。该病具有发病急,症状多端,变化迅速,如得不到及时合理治疗,病死率和病残率很高。所以本病及时诊断与合理治疗很重要。

97 patients with acute cerebrovas cular disease have been observe in our hospital in recent years.Therapy of hemorrhagenic disease were: 1) reduction of intracranial pressure, 2) prevention from repeated bleeding and 3) functional exercise in convalescent period. Treatment of ischemic disease included: 1) reduction of cerebral edema, 2) extension of blood volume, 3) thrombolysis, 4) dilatation of blood vessels and 5) acupuncture. Result of treatment: 1)cure33 cases (34%), 2) improvement 42 cases (43.3%), 3 Deterioration 4 case (4.14) and 4)death 18 cases (l8.6%).The prognosis of cerebral hem or(?)hage was the poorest in this series, 17 cases died. The cause of. death was mainly due to cerebral hernia. Of 14 cases of cerebral throbosis treated with palas pit viper antithrombolic engyme, 8 were cured and 6 improved, which suggested that the drug had a better effectiveness in the treatment of thrombosis
