靖西大果山楂水溶性维生素与氨基酸的色谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 应用高效液相色谱法鉴定靖西大果山楂中4种水溶性维生素、17种氨基酸。分别测定其含量;并用维生素C进行精密度、回收率和放置时间试验。结果表明:维生素C、B_2、B_6、B_1含量分别为51.59.12.13、15.73、19.41mg/100g,总氨基酸为1672.46mg/100g。 High performance liquid chromatography was used to identify 4 kinds of water-soluble vitamines and 17 amino acids in Crataegus Jingxiensis Li, and the contents were measured simultaneously. Precision, rate of recovery and standing time were also tested with vitamine C. The result shows that contents of VC, B_2, B_(?) and B_1are 51.59, 12.13, 15.73 and 19.14 mg/100g respectively. The sum of amino acid content is 1672.46mg/100g.
