氯丙嗪降温作用与中枢α受体的关系

摘要 家兔脑室注射(icv)α受体兴奋剂——去甲肾上腺素,可使体温升高;而注入氯丙嗪、酚妥拉明(α受体阻断剂)能降低伤寒杆菌内毒素致热的家兔体温,提示氯丙嗪的降温作用与阻断体温调节中枢α受体有关。 The body temperature of the rabbits can be raised by the injection of noradrenalin-a stimulant of α reeceptor into the ventricles of brains, and the injeetion of chlorpromazine and phentolamine-a blocking agent of a receptor can reduce the high temperature caused by endotoxin of typhoid bacillus. This suggests that the hypothermal effect of chlorpromazine is related to the blocking a receptor of the temperature regulation center.
