摘要
传统的开胸治疗肺癌技术稳定,但具有创伤性大等缺点。胸腔镜肺叶切除术(video—assisted thoracosopic surgery,VATS)具有创伤小,术后恢复快等优点,已在临床上广泛开展,但存在操作难度大,费用昂费等缺点。胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(video-assisted minithoracotomy,VAMT)与传统开胸手术优势互补,是值得推广的微创术。
