振动切削平均剪切角和普通切削剪切角的关系

摘要 基于切削过程中前刀面摩擦力降低的振动切削机理,本文提出了振动切削平均剪切角和普通切削剪切角的理论关系,并且通过实验得到了很好的验证。证实了振动切削前刀面摩擦状态的改善对切屑的形成有很大的影响. According to the vibration cutting mechanism that the frictional force on the tool face is reduced in cutting process,the present paper puts forward a relationship between two shear angles——one is the average shear angle in vibration cutting,another is the shear angle in conventional cutting.The results are proved to good by many experiments and it is also proved that the frictional force on the tool face has great influence on chip formation.
