摘要
应用自制的铜—铬催化剂,于高压反应釜中进行糠醛液相加氢反应。研究了催化剂的活性,以及操作压力和反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明:当催化剂用量为糠醛重量的1%,在温度为150~180℃,釜压为2.5~3.5MPa 的条件下反应1.0~1.5小时,糠醛全部转化为糠醇。
The catalytic hydrogenation of furfuralin liquid phase with the presence of the self-made Cu-Cr catalyst was carried out in an autoclave. The activity of the catalyst and the effects of operating pressure and time on the reaction has been investigated.The results indicate that furfural has been fully converted into furfuralcohol in 1.0~1.5 hours when the weight of catalyst is 1% that of furfural,the temperature is 150~180℃ and the pressure is 2.5~3.5 MPa.
