摘要
本文叙述了高电压大电流晶闸管几项主要参数的确定和采用深扩散技术研制电流容量为1000A、电压为2000V的晶闸管。
This paper describes a method of detemination of a few main parameters for high voltage and large current thyristor. The thyristor, has electric current 1000A, voltage 2000V has been studied by deep diffusion technique.
