摘要
本文研究的是一种低合金灰铸铁——P—Cu—Cr—Ti 合金灰铸铁.使用 MM200磨损试验机对它在无润滑条沣下的耐磨性进行了系统的、深入的探讨.研究了载荷及摩擦行程对材料耐磨性的影响.借助光学显微镜、EPM810电子探针分折仪观察了表面形貌及磨痕截面近表层的变化等,分析了它的磨损过程及耐磨机理。试验结果表明:P—Cu—Cr—Ti 合金灰铸铁的耐磨性远优于 HT20—40,是一种优良的低合金耐磨灰铸铁。
This paper deals with a new type of low alloy cast iron——P- Cu-Cr-Ti series alloy iron.Its wear resistance is explored thoroughly and syst- ematically by using a MM200 Wear Test Machine under unlubricated conditions. The effects of load and friction distance to wear resistance are investigated. The wear surface topograph and near surface variation of wear trace section are observed by using optical microscope and EPM 810 electron probe analy- zer.The test results show that the wear resistance of the low alloy cast iron is better than that of HT20-40,therefor it is a good low alloy cast iron of wear resistance.
