摘要
本文对外圆切入磨削过程中工件表面的波纹度进行了试验研究,讨论了磨削参数(砂轮速度、金属切除率、速比)、砂轮特性和修整用量对工件表面波纹度的影响,并在试验的基础上建立了磨削参数与工件波纹度之间的经验公式。研究表明,速比对工件波纹度有较明显的影响,砂轮特性和修整用量对工件波纹度也有一定的影响。
In this paper the grinding waviness on workpiece surface is studied experimentally on exturnal plunge grinding.The influences of some grinding parameters——wheel speed,material removal rate,speed ratio,some characters of grinding wheel and dressing parameters on the workpiece surface waviness are discussed.On the basis of experiments,the relations between grinding parameters and results indicate that speed ratio has an obvious effect on the grinding waviness,and characters of grinding wheel and dressing feed rate have some effects.
