摘要
本文用肺阻抗血流图波幅和时相共8个指标,根据排列组合原则,与肺动脉平均压作了255次相关分析,得出最佳回归方程: MPAP(kPa)=23.9RPEP+0.365β/α-0.417。
Eight indices of pulmonary impedance plethysmography are correla-ated with mean pulmonary arterial pressure (MPAP) according to the principle of permatation. An optimal regression formula is obtained through 225 correlation analyses. That is t MPAP ( kPa ) =23.9 RPEP + 0.65 β/2-0.417
