摘要
本文通过交叉柱镜与试验柱镜相结合的残留散光的计算,尤其是对10°范围以内的试验柱镜偏离散光轴所产生的一系列残留散光的比较分析,认为±0.37 D_c的交叉柱镜与-0.75试验柱镜结合校正-0.50—-2.50D_c范围的散光轴是比较合理的方法。
Resultant astigmatic power vectors were calculated by combination of cross cylinders and trial cylinders commonly occurring during subjective refraction. Special attention was paid to the resultant astimatism generated by small off-axis errors of the trial cylinder from the true axis of ocular astigmatism, within the range of 0-10°. According to the comparative parameters,the authors suggest that it should be a reasonable method to correct the astigmatic axis ranging from -0.50 to -2.50 DC using the combination of ±0.37 DC cross cylinder and -0.75 DC trial cylinder.
