摘要
本文采用产生超氧阴离子(O<sub>2</sub><sup></sup>)自由基的黄嘌呤—黄嘌呤氧化酶—鲁米诺(Luminol)发光体系,在体外检测黄芪、红芪、大花罗布麻及其主要成份槲皮素的抗(O<sub>2</sub><sup></sup>)自由基作用。实验表明上述药物均有不同程度的抗(O<sub>2</sub><sup></sup>)自由基作用,其中以槲皮素的作用最强.
The anti-free-radical effects of Astragalus membrances,Hedysarum polybetrys, Apocynum Venetum Linn and Quercetin were~termined by means of xanthin-xanthin oxidase-luminol chemiluminescence system in vivro.It reveals in that abovemention drugs exert anti-free-radical effects varying degrees,and the Quercetin is the most effective one.
