荷人脑瘤裸小鼠模型NHG-1的活体骨髓细胞SCE观察

摘要 本文报告采用Perdo 方法测定荷人脑胶质瘤裸小鼠模型(NHG-1)和NC 系正常裸小鼠活体骨髓细胞的姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)。结果提示:NHG-1的SCE 值(2.47±0.146)显著高于正常鼠(1.77±0.135)。说明SCE 值增高是NHG-1的一个重要染色体特征. The SCE values of bone marrow cells from NHG-1 (Nude-Mice Human Glioma Model-1) and normal nude mice were studied by the Perdo method.The SCE occurred at a frequency greater in NHG-1 than that in normal nude mice (P>0.01).Thus the increasing SCE value was considered to be one of the important chromosome characteristics in the NHG-1.
