摘要
本文介绍用催化极谱法测定人发和血清中痕量硒.在氨性介质中以亚硫酸钠作还原剂,高碘酸钾作氧化剂,EDTA 作掩蔽剂,硒在滴汞电极上产生灵敏度很高的催化电流,可不经分离直接测定人发和血清中痕量硒。回收率达90~105%。
A highly sensitive catalytic polarographic analysis for the determination of Se in hu-
man hair and Serum was reported.In a system of NH_3·H_2O-NaSO_3-KIO_4-EDTA,Se
were given a highly sensitive catalytic wave.The trace of Se in human hair and Seruin may
be determination without preliminary separation.The recovery of Se was 90~105% and
satisfactory results were given.
