摘要
本文介绍了三种结构消焰器在12.7毫米机枪上作射击试验时,用间接阴影照相得到的膛口流场和膛口焰的实验结果.分析了消焰器结构形式、参数对膛口流场和膛口焰的影响,较深入地研究了消焰器的消焰机理和提高消焰效果的技术途径.试验中还发现带圆锥膨胀段的消焰器,有时在距膛口较远处会产生现有炮口焰形成机理不能很好解释的强烈的二次焰,本报告对这类二次焰的点燃机理作了初步分析.
This paper presents the firing experimental results of muzzle flowfield and flash obtained by using indirect shadowgraphy and usual photography for these structures of flash suppressor of 12.7mm machine gun.It analyzes the influence of the structure model and parameters of suppressors on muzzle flowfield and flash,and deepens the research of the suppressing flash mechanism of flash suppressor and the techniques of increasing the effect of suppressing flash.It is found from experiments that strong secoudary flash occurs occasionally at far distance from nuzzle for the flash suppressor with conical expansion section,this phenomenon could not be pertinently explained by the forming mechanism of muzzle flash.This paper makes initial analysis for the igniting mechanism of this type of secondary flash.
