摘要
本文提出了在高温凝固过程中,用振动参数的变化来实时检测固液界面位置的方法.并以Bridgman凝固系统为对象,确立了系统特征值关于固液界面位置的灵敏度.通过实验分析给出了界面位置一谱阵图.为了提高辨识灵敏度,还给出了二种具体的结构修改方法.
The Paper Proposes a method to determine the position of the solid/liquid interface with vibrational parameters during solidification at high temperature.
The sufficient difference in resistance to shear stresses between liquid and solid phases permits the application of vibrational parameters to locate the solid/liquid interface in real time and in situation during solidification.
The derived sensitivity of eigenvalues of the solidification system to the location of solid/liqunid interface has been verified, using Bridgman-type furnace. The experimental results are quite accordant with the computation ones. The relationship between the position of inferface and frequency spectra has been shown in the diagram.
Based on sensitivity analysis, the practical methods of structural modification to make sensitivity sensitive have been put forward.
