摘要
在催化剂作用下,用硝酸氧化糖和碳水化合物生产草酸,草酸的产率主要取决于反应的初始温度、硝酸浓度和糖液中各种物质的比例。大部分这方面的文献中报导的,以糖为原料生产草酸的氧化剂都是用浓硝酸。我们改变传统工艺的做法,用稀硝酸作为氧化剂生产出合格草酸,且收率较高,达65%左右。在催化氧化糖液的过程中出的氮氧化物气体,可用氨水吸收处理生产硝酸铵。
