摘要
本文用力学原理,结合现代跳高技术的特点,详细分析了背越式跳高的弧线助跑技术,阐明了弧线助跑是背越式跳高最理想的助跑形式。
This article analyses the technical structure of folp with approch by circular,with the principle of mechanics comining with the characteristics of the technics of modern high jumping,and expounds that floping approach by a circular is the most ideal one.
