Bayer AG of the Ferderal Republic of Germany adopts non—waste and waste recovery technology in its production, But there are still some wastes. Its common organic wastes are incinerated. Solid wastes that are not harmful to environment are disposed at dumping sites. This article elaborates on the operation conditions in incinerating wastes. Flue gas produced when toxic wastes are burned is treated by special cleaning installations to prevent the environment from pollution. Solid wastes are disposed at dumping sites where facilities are available to ensure that water from the wastes will not seep into the aquifer so that the ground water resources are not contaminated.
