CFC(氟里昂)的限制及其对策

RESTRICTION ON THE PRODUCTION OF CFC AND ITS POLICY

CFC是氯氟碳化合物(Chlorofluorocarbon)的简称,美国杜邦公司称为氟里昂(FREON),我国市场上也就称其为氟里昂,自1931年在美国诞生以来,已广泛应用于制冷器具、发泡材料、灭火器、熔剂等方面,以它及其优异的性能给人类带来难以估量的好处。但是1974年美国学者指出,CFC进入同温层后将使保护地球上生物不受紫外线伤害的臭氧层遭受破坏。经过十多年的争论和验证,1987年各国专家们意见一致,对保护臭氧层作出重大决策—限制CFC生产。于是,各国都面临CFC的限制及其对策。

CFC is Abbreviation of 'Chlorofluorocarbon', it first was named 'FREON' by U. S. Du Pont's Company, and so do we in our market. CFC was manufactured by the United States in 1931 and widely used of the refrigerator applications, foam insulation, fire extinguisher, aerosol propellants, chemical solvent and so on. Because of its numerous superiorities, CFC has brought countless benefits to the human race. But in 1974, American professor pointed out that CFC, once in the stratosphere, destroys ozonosphere, which protects the human race from the radiation of ultraviolet rays. After discussion and research for last decade and more, most of specialists in the world are agreed on environmental protection ozonosphere in 1987—Restriction on CFC. Therefore, every country will face restirction on CFC production and its best possible measure.
