摘要
本文提出了动态分布参数法分析蒸发器与毛细管并建立了数学模型。在此基础上提出了对小型制冷系统按蒸发器出口蒸气干度X=1的基本优化条件,建立丁一套蒸发器、毛细管及其匹配的节能计算方法。为验证此计算方法的准确性,建立了专用的基础热工性能试验台与系统匹配试验台,试验结果与计算结果十分吻合,证明了这节能新计算方法的可靠性。
The dynamic and distributive parametric method was developed to analyse the evaporator and capilliary tube, and a mathematical model was established. On the basis of those, for the small type refrigeration system, the author given a series calculation method for evaporator, capilliary tube, and their energy saving matching, according to the optimization condition: the quality of the refrigerant vapour at the outlet of evaporator equals 1. Two special test equipment were founded to test the accuracy of the calulation method: basic thermodynamic equipment and system matching test equipment. The calculated results wore well accorded with the experimental data, the relibility of the new energy saving calculation method was verified.
