A SOLUTION OF CREEP BUCKLING OF FINITELY LONG CYLINDRICAL SHELLS AT EXTERNAL PRESSURE

摘要 本文通过构造m波力学模型,以材料发生稳态蠕变为分析基础,求得有限长与无限长圆柱壳外压蠕变屈曲的统一解。并得到实验结果较好的验证。本文还分析了圆柱壳外压蠕变屈曲的特性和影响因素,指出圓柱壳截面初始偏差的大小和形状均对屈曲寿命有较大影响。 A general solution of creep buckling of finitely and infinitely long cylindrical shells subjected to external pressure and high temperature, is developed by constructing a mechanic model with m. waves, based on steady creep analysis. Fairly good agreement is shown in comparison of the present theory with experimental results. The behaviors and affecting factors for creep buckling are analysed.It is pointed out that both the shape and magnitute of the initial deviation of cylindrical shells have obvious effect on the lifetime of creep buckling.
