摘要
为了解决断电信息存储问题,我们成功地研制了一种CE—161 16KB非易失性存储器,与Z—80 CPU之间的接口电路。本文即介绍了这种接口电路的时序分析、设计及其在小合成氨厂微机监控系统中的应用。
In order to solve the problem of information storage at the power failure we designed successfully an interface circuit between the CE-161 16KB nonvolatile memory and the Z-80 CPU. This paper discusses the time-sequence analysis, interface circuit design and its application to the microcomputer-monitoring systems in small ammonia plants
