摘要 本实验是研究大熊猫饲料消化能以及消化能同饲料中主要营养物质间的相互关系。研究表明,大熊猫对饲料能量利用率较低;对蛋白质需要的阈值范围较宽,对脂肪需要的阚值范围较小;竹子中粗纤维的含量同消化能显著相关。通过本研究得知,大熊猫日粮中的蛋白质,脂肪和粗纤维应分别达到131.9±61.8(g)、70.5±27.1(g)和167.1±131.6(g);能量应达到3836.3±1774.0(Keal)。 This experiment is for the study both of the digestive energy of Giant panda and the relation ship between the digestive energy and main nu- trients in feed. The research showed that the energy utilization ratio of feed is relatively lower for Giant panda;The threshold value of protein needed by Giant Panda are rather wide and the fat and rather wide threshold nume- rical value of protein need fairly narrow the rough fibre of bamboo is ob- viously related to the digestive energy. According'to the research,the protein fat and rough fibre in daily ration for the Giant panda should reach respectively to 131.9±61.8 (g)、 70.5±27.1(g) and 167.1±131,6(g);DE should reach to 3886.3±1774,0(Kcal).
