摘要
本文记述了灰眶雀鹛在鼎湖山的种群生态分布情况,并对其繁殖习性作了报导。灰眶雀鹛的种群繁殖期为4—6月,每年只繁殖一次。巢为杯形,一般筑于林下灌丛中,窝卵数2—4枚,在繁殖期内各月份无明显变化;孵卵和育雏都由双亲鸟共同承担,孵化期11—13天,雏鸟一般于11—12日龄离巢;种群孵化率为83.3%,雏鸟成活率为91.4%。文中还报导了雏鸟的生长发育情况及食性。
In the present paper,the author reports the ecological distribution of common quaker babbler(Alcippe morrisonia hueti David)in Dinghu-shan.A preliminary study on its breeding habit is made.Tke breeding period of the population of common quaker babbler is from April to June.Only one clutch is laid every year.The nests are in form of the cup,usually built in the bushes under lower layer of the forest.A full clutch consists of 2- 4 eggs,and the clutch size does not vary obviously with month during breeding period.Incubation and feeding the nestlings are carried out by both parents.The incubating period lasts 11-13 days.The nestlings are fed for 11-12 days.The population's hatching percentage averages(13 clutches) 83.3% and the surviving percentage(35 nestlings) 91.4%.The condition of growth and development of the nestlings and their diet are also reported.
