摘要
作者研制成的青蒿油搽剂.系用青蒿挥发油与适当基质液配成的外用制剂。系统研究表明,青蒿油毒性小,具有明显止痒、抗真菌的作用;青蒿油搽剂质量稳定,对皮肤无刺激、无致敏等毒副作用;经283例临床验证,本品治疗神经性皮炎、皮肤真菌病(手、足、体、股癣)的总有效率分别为92.31%及93.18%。对青蒿油搽剂的制备工艺、药理、临床疗效等全面系统的研究,国内尚未见报道。
The liniment of oil artemisia annua L.is a mixture made by the authors from the essential oil artemisia annua L.and matrix for external use. This systematic study showed that it has a low toxicity and functions of relieving itchings and of antifungus.Its curative quality is stable, without irritation to skins and no hypersensitivation for side-effect.The effective rates in treating 283 cases of skin-neuritis and skin-fungus(on hand,foot,body or thigh)are 92.30% and 93.18% respectively.The study of the liniment of oil artemisia annua L.involves many aspects such as materia medica,pharmacology,clinical curative effect,which is the first report ever carried so far in China.
