摘要
家兔窒息兴奋期和抑制期注射尼可刹米,积分膈神经活动频率增快(P<0.01),但抑制期频率增值小于自然呼吸时和兴奋期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。抑制期幅度降低(P<0.01),减值低于兴奋期(P<0.01),注射肾上腺素引起动脉血压升高(P<0.01),增值均低于自然呼吸时(兴奋期P<0.05,抑制期P<0.01),抑制期又低于兴奋期(P<0.01),抑制期肾上腺素作用潜伏期延长和作用时间缩短均非常显著(P<0.01)。可见尼可刹米和肾上腺素对窒息时呼吸和心血管活动的作用减弱,且窒息时间愈长,作用愈弱。
Injection of Nikethamide in excitatory and inhibitory periods (Ep, IP) during asphyxia in rabbits can increase the frequency- of integrated phrenie discharge (IPD) , with a very significant difference (P<0.01) , but the net increasing value at IP is smaller than that at air respiration and EP (P<0.05, P<0.01) , The amplitude of IPD is decreased (P<0.01) , and its net changing value lower thart that at EP (P<0.01) The injection of Epinephrine at EP and IP can elevate the arterial pressure (P<0.01) Each net increasing value is lower than that at air respiration (P<0.05, P<0.01) , whereas it is smaller at IP than that at EP (P<0.01) . The latent period becomes longer and the active time gets shorter, all being very statistically significant (P<0.01) by injection of Epinephrine at IP. The results show that the excitatory effects of Nikethamide and Epinephrine on the respiration and cardiovascular activity during asphyxia are still significant but the effects become weak, and it seems that the longer the asphyxial time is, the weaker the effect is
