超量抽取地下水所造成的城市灾害及其防治

DISASTERS IN CITY CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE EXTRACTION OF UNDERGROUND WATER AND THEIR CONTROL

在城市中,由于超量抽取地下水,使环境质量不断恶化,产生了种种城市公害。本文综述了国内外超量抽取地下水所造成的城市公害,并针对这些触目惊心的灾害提出了相应的对策。

In cities, because of excessive extraction of underground water, the city enviornmental qualities are getting worse continuously and different kinds of city public disasters are caused. This paper sums up the public disasters caused by excessive extraction of underground water both at home and abroad and puts forward appropriate countermeasures against these startling disasters.
