Forest fire is a major hazard of forest resources. Occurrnce and spreading of forest fire are closely related with climatic conditions. The zoning is worked out by the theory and method of modern climatic zoning. In the zoning the indexes are defined from grades of fire hazard which are calculated by method of multiple factor aggregative indexes. The zoning can provide a reliable climatic foundation and background for fire protection programme and for forest fire weather forecast. It is of some practical value and strategic significance.
