The paper recommened a kind of material of comp- lexed cement base concisely,in which the reinforcement for cement were made use of short asbestoe and polyvinyl forwal vesin,intro- ducted the nature and phases composition of the material,and dissected the functions and the reaction mechancism of reinforcing used two fibres(short asbestos and polyvinyl forwal vesin) in the material.
