本文系作者在1987年从事微孔硅酸钙制品第一次出口试销美国的工作经验。从技术上论证此项产品出口必须解决三个先行的难题。即:制品强度与容重的矛盾,有害化学成分的控制和检测方法标准以及取代石棉纤维的方案。它对我国今后硬质绝热材料的出口外销具有实践与理论相结合的指导作用。

This article describe working experiences,engaged by author,about trial sale of calcium silicate export products to the U.S A.in 1987. From the technical view—points,it must discuss and solue three prereguisite difficult problems for quality in the ex- port products in accordance with the sale contract .e., contradiction between the compressive strength and bulk density,the method standards for control and test of har- mful chemical elements involved in products and selection of a new fibre material instead of asbestos. As above,this artical would be taken as a guide for exporting the rigid thermal inslation products in the fur- ture.
