摘要
本文通过对湖南动力机厂的四台6105Q 型柴油机磨合台架实验中所取的油样进行定量铁谱分析,得出了该型柴油机的新的磨合规范及其它结论.新规范大大缩短了磨合时间,并使该型柴油机完全达到且部分超过出厂性能指标.
A new run-inmethod of diesels and some other conclusions are abrained through a quantitative ferrography analysis of oil sampleswhich was obtained from run-in experiments of four 6105Q dieselsproduced by Hunan Power Engines Plant.The new method savesmuch time of run-in,and the characteristic index of diesels can be
reached in this way.
