摘要
本文分析了噪声对条纹对比度的影响,指出沿着圆周路径测量散斑摄影杨氏条纹图时,只要选择合适的滤波方式,即可有效地消除衍射晕非均匀照度及噪声的影响.比较表明,圆周路径法与灰度积分法精度接近,但前者计算时间短.
The relationship between fringe visibility and noises is investigated It is shown that,with suitable filtering methods,the effect ofnon-uniform illumination of diffraction halo and noises can beeliminated in measuring the young's fringe of speekle photographyalong circle loci.The accuracy of circle-locus techncque isalmost as good as that of gray-integration method,but the runningtime of the former is shorter than the latter.
