摘要 离心筛式道碴清筛机上,离心筛的圆弧段是重要的筛分区段.本文用道碴沿离心筛筛面相对滑动的理论,从古典概型的定义出发,阐明了离心筛圆弧段透筛概率的确定方法,导出了透筛概率密度的理论公式.通过对影响因素的分析,提出了提高透筛概率的途径.本文提供了以清筛洁度为依据设计离心筛的方法. For a centrifugal ballast cleaning machine,the circle section of a centrifugal sieve is an important settling area.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of ralative sliding of the ballast along the screen deck of a centrifugul sieve,and using a classial probability model,an approach to determine the circle part of a centrifugal sieve is explained.On the other hand,a theoretical formula to find the probability distribution is gimen.By analysing the factors which affect the settling probability,the ways that may be used to increasing settling probability are suggested.Finally,according to the clean degree of the settled ballast,a method for designing centrifugal sieves is presented.
