摘要
本文讨论了用数字图象处理技术测量散斑摄影杨氏条纹间距的三种 Z 变换法,运用正交实验手段,全面分析了三种方法的精度与噪声、条纹可见度及密度的关系。
Three kinds of Z transformation are used to measure the young's fringe spaces in speckle photography with the digital image processing technique.The relationships between measuring accuracy of this method and noises,visibility and fringe density are exposed thoroughly by orthogonal experimental method.Finally,a practical speckle photography fringe pattern is measured satisfactorily.
